All About
My Mission
Memories on the Move Travel was born out of a lifelong passion for travel, coupled with a deep connection to my family and friends (FRAMILY, as we like to call it). While, I am always happy to pick up a phone call or see new photos on social media from loved ones sprawled across the country. One thing the past few years have taught me is that there is truly no substitute for shared quality time.
My Mission is to help my clients cultivate lasting memories by bringing people together for authentic experiences in unique locations to share adventures together.
Whether you’re dreaming of escaping to the tropics, discovering nature or exploring your wildest dreams, I am here to handle every detail, so all you have to do is make the moments count.

Meet Judi
Hello, I am Judi, an avid traveler, and a lover of new experiences. I have spent my entire life cultivating a personal bucket list that goes beyond traditional line-items and destinations, and instead captures the sensory visions I dream.

For me, travel is about finding authentic experiences and creating keepsake, cherished memories. Although, the thing about memories is, they are meant to be shared. On my adventures, I have often found myself wondering about whose smile would make each experience more spectacular.
So, rather than wasting time daydreaming, I decided to take all my loved ones along for the journey. To get them onboard, I had to make it affordable, easy and enticing for their personalities. Thus, began my unofficial career as the friends and family travel planner for the last 25 years.
What started out as one, well-planned Disney World vacation for 9, grew into organizing and planning yearly, sometimes biannual, adventures on land and sea for upwards of 33 people.
My trademark design was to offer a dream destination filled with extraordinary experiences curated to excite the adventurous travelers, entice the timid ones, and create lifelong memories shared in stories that will be retold for years to come. These priceless moments, keep us connected in an often-disconnected world.

My Story
My love of travel started early while spending weekends at my Nana’s house. Surrounded by a wall full of mini mementos from her travels, I would listen to stories about her favorite places while flipping through stacks of bus tour brochures. Her eyes lit up with every story she told and every dream she announced. I can still hear her today insisting, "Judi, don't wait until you're my age to start seeing the world." I took those words to heart!
Over the years, she treated each of her grandchildren to a celebratory “gift” trip for graduation. When it was my turn, she surprised me with a group tour to Hawaii. Accompanied by my Nana, Dad, older brother, cousin, and high school best friend, this was the spark that started my love of sharing adventures with people.

Thirty-five years later, married with 3 grown children, a long career in specialized education and the loss of my parents, my most cherished memories still revolve around the multitude of memories shared together while venturing around the world.

Is this going to be your story?
The subject of vacation time has come up again and you decide this is the year that you are finally going to plan something different but, …
You’ve tried googling your way, but found yourself sinking into a research rabbit hole with too many options and conflicting information. You just want to work with someone you can trust.

You’d love to talk to someone on the phone, but after pressing “2”, three different times, and sitting on hold for 20 minutes, the operator could only share information that you already read on their website.

You’d love to take a fun group vacation, but everyone seems to have a different opinion or request and you don’t know how to give everyone what they want.

You’ve found the perfect, affordable deal, but when you click on it, the only availability is during the most inopportune time and unless you fly out of the middle-of-nowhere, you are facing thousands of dollars in hidden fees.
Planning the perfect vacation is no small feat with many obstacles along the way. If you have found yourself trapped in any of the above pitfalls, then it may be time to try something new.
