You will also receive travel guidance, advice and tips leading up to your travel, as well as digital travel documents and a personalized itinerary. Unlike online booking engines, I will be available for you from first contact until you return home. This package is perfect for all-inclusive resorts, Caribbean cruises, escorted vacations and single-location destination travel. Pricing dependent on customization, components and time-frame.

This package includes destination research, recommendations, coordination and booking of all the necessary components for each member of the group. Each traveler will receive travel guidance, advice and tips leading up to your travel as well as digital travel documents and a personalized itinerary. I will be available from booking through your return home. This package is perfect for all-inclusive resorts, Caribbean cruises, escorted vacations and single-location, destination travel. Total price is dependent on customization, components and time-frame

Memories on the Move Travel will organize, coordinate, educate and create a unique experience tailored to your style and preferences. With input from everyone, I will create a personalized itinerary just for your group, managing all the travel components for every member of the group for each destination. This package includes recommendations, coordination and booking of all of your necessary components. Each traveler will also receive travel guidance, advice and tips leading up to your travel as well as digital travel documents and a personalized daily itinerary. I will be available from booking through your return home.

This package is for those who prefer to plan their own travel itinerary, but want the reliability of ensuring all the details are covered and the key questions answered by a trusted professional because everything you read on the internet may not always be accurate or up-to-date. I will work with you following a 5-step planning process so, you can customize and book your own itinerary using my professional expertise, Certified training and personal experiences spanning 6 continents, 35 countries & 33 states.

• Domestic Air Ticketing Fee (3rd party): $10.00 pp

• International Air Ticketing Fee (3rd party):

  • $25 pp Round trip - (same airport)

  • $40 pp Multi-City - (fly into one city &out of another)

• After Final Booking Change Fee: $50 pp

• Trip Cancellation Fee: $100, plus supplier's cost 

• Travel within 45 days: $100 Rush Fee

• Accommodation Fee: $150 (if 50% are self-booked, incl., points, hostels, rentals)
